Asbury Outfall
The Asbury Outfall is a storm sewer
project to provide a drainage outfall
for the basins east of Broadway bound by
Evans and Iliff; and tributary to the
pipe corridor along Evans, turning north
on Delaware and west on Asbury Ave. to
the Platte River. The proposed
outfall will supplement an existing
outfall at Asbury and consists primarily
of a 4x6 concrete box culvert outfall
and 400 feet of 60" jack pipe under
Santa Fe and the railroads.

2nd Quarter -
April - June
- Hampden Heights, Phase II - Girard
This project involves the construction of the upgraded
storm sewer pipeline system in the southeast section of
the Hampden Heights neighborhood. The purpose of this
project is to provide a higher level of protection to
the flood-prone areas by upgrading the existing drainage
system. In particular, this project will significantly
reduce flooding at the sump in E. Girard Ave. near the
Havana Street intersection.

Kennedy Ballpark Detention
Rehabilitation Conduct planning and design
a new outfall system to divert detention pond overflows
across the JFK golf course to Cherry Creek during major
storm events to protect the down stream properties.

Jackson Street System, Phase 1
The
construction of a storm sewer, manholes,
and inlets from Colfax and Jackson to 12th
Avenue and Jackson

Lakewood Gulch – Sheridan, Phase 1 and

Construction of a walled channel,
